Who's actually doing the work

I run Cibolo Creek Digital as a one-person operation, which means when you hire me, you get me. No account managers, no handoffs, no outsourced work.

By day, I handle technical support at GoDaddy. DNS, Microsoft 365, security remediation, and escalations. The technical side of SEO (schema, site structure, server-level fixes) isn't guesswork for me. It's daily work.

I also co-run a needlepoint and hand-stitched goods e-commerce business with my wife, which is where my SEO case study comes from. I've done this work on my own business before ever doing it for a client.

I live in Boerne and work with businesses throughout the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio metro: local shops, service businesses, and online sellers alike.
